Cascade Inspections provides Building, Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing permitting for the following communities:

All building permit applications must receive zoning approval from the city or township where the work is located. Please submit all forms to the appropriate municipality. For a list of required information, check the frequently asked questions page. Permits can be picked up at the Cascade Inspections office located at 5920 Tahoe Dr. SE.  Office hours are Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.  Inspector hours by appointment.  Phone: (616) 949-3765
