ORDINANCES TO AMEND CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE CASCADE CHARTER TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE

 
The Cascade Charter Township Board introduced the Ordinances on October 23^rd, 2024, at its regular meeting. There, an adoption date was set for November 6^th, 2024.
   
Section 1. Add Definitions to Chapter 3
Section 2. Amendment to Chapter 14 to add “Utility-Scale Battery Energy Storage Facilities” as a special land use in the AC Overlay B zoning district.
Section 3. Add Special Use Standards for Utility-Scale Battery Energy Storage Facilities
Section 4. Validity and Severability
Section 5. Repealer
Section 6. Effective Date
