NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE PUBLICATION to Regulate the Licensing of Hotels

 
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at its meeting on April 24, 2024, the Township Board for the Charter Township of Cascade received a proposed ordinance entitled “An Ordinance to Regulate the Licensing of Hotels,” which will be considered for adoption on May 8, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., at a meeting of the Township Board at Wisner Center, 2870 Jacksmith Avenue SE, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49546.  The proposed ordinance would regulate the licensing of hotels in the township.
 
The proposed ordinance is available in its entirety for public inspection.  The proposed ordinance is posted at the office of the Township Clerk, 5920 Tahoe Dr. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546-7123 and on the website of the Charter Township of Cascade, cascadetwp.com.
