NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT/PLANT REHABILITATION DISTRICT PURSUANT TO ACT 198 OF THE PUBLIC ACTS OF MICHIGAN OF 1974, AS AMENDED
 
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township Board of Cascade Charter Township has been requested by Packaging Compliance Real Estate, LLC to establish an Industrial Development District/Plant Rehabilitation District pursuant to Act 198 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1974, as amended, on a parcel of property commonly known as 3498 Kraft Ave. SE in the Township of Cascade, Michigan.  The legal description of the Industrial Development District/Plant Rehabilitation District is available for review at the Cascade Township Office.
 
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Township Board will meet at the Cascade branch of the Kent District Library at 2870 Jacksmith Drive SE in the Township on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 7:00 pm., local time for the purpose of hearing the owners of land to be included in the district and any other resident or taxpayer of the Township regarding the establishment of the Industrial Development District/Plant Rehabilitation District.
