Board of Review Meeting

NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE CASCADE CHARTER TOWNSHIP 
BOARD OF REVIEW
 
The Cascade Charter Township Board of Review will be in session at 10:00am on July 19, 2022, in the Cascade Township Hall, 5920 Tahoe Dr. SE, for the purpose of correcting clerical errors and mutual mistakes of fact in the 2022 and 2021 assessment rolls as provided for under MCLA 211.53(b).  The Board may also consider 2022, 2021, 2020 and 2019 principal residence exemptions where no previous affidavit was filed and denied.
 
Cascade Charter Township does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admission or access to, or treatment in, its programs or activities.  The Township Clerk has been designated to coordinate compliance with the non-discrimination requirements contained in section 35.107 of the Department of Justice regulations.  Requests for accommodation under the ADA should be addressed to the ADA coordinator, preferably at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
